Article 1 - Definitions<\/strong>
In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. LensenProducts.co.uk<\/strong>: The one-man business\/webshop selling and shipping iron products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Customer<\/strong>: any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with LensenProducts.nl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Agreement<\/strong>: any agreement between LensenProducts.nl and the customer regarding the purchase and delivery of products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Products<\/strong>: all goods offered on LensenProducts.co.uk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Right of withdrawal<\/strong>: the customer's ability to cancel the purchase within the legal deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Article 2 - Applicability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of LensenProducts.nl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only binding if agreed in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Article 3 - Offers and agreements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. All offers and prices of LensenProducts.co.uk are without obligation and subject to typographical errors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. An agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and LensenProducts.nl confirms it in writing or by e-mail.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Article 4 - Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Payment must be made in full prior to shipment of products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. LensenProducts.co.uk offers several payment methods, such as iDEAL, bank transfer and credit card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. If a payment is not received within the stipulated period, LensenProducts.nl reserves the right to cancel the order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Article 5 - Delivery and shipment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. LensenProducts.nl ships the products to the address provided by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. The delivery times given are indicative and may vary. Delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. LensenProducts.nl is not liable for loss, theft or damage during transport. This is the responsibility of the carrier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. The customer shall report any transport damage to the carrier immediately and notify LensenProducts.nl within 48 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Article 6 - Returns and right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. The customer has the right to revoke the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            4. Customised or specially manufactured products on request cannot be returned.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Article 7 - Liability and Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. LensenProducts.nl guarantees that the delivered products meet the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. LensenProducts.nl is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. LensenProducts.nl shall not be liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages, lost profits or damages due to business interruption.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              4. Any warranty claims should be reported within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Article 8 - Force majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. LensenProducts.nl is not obliged to fulfil any obligation if it is prevented from doing so by force majeure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Force majeure means: all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen, on which LensenProducts.nl has no influence and as a result of which the obligations cannot reasonably be fulfilled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                3. In case of force majeure, the customer cannot claim compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Article 9 - Privacy and data protection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  1. LensenProducts.nl processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. The customer's personal data will only be used for order processing and will not be provided to third parties without the customer's consent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    Article 10 - Applicable law and disputes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    1. All agreements between LensenProducts.nl and the customer are governed by Dutch law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    2. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
