Article 1 - Definitions
In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

  1. LensenProducts.co.uk: The one-man business/webshop selling and shipping iron products.
  2. Customer: any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with LensenProducts.nl.
  3. Agreement: any agreement between LensenProducts.nl and the customer regarding the purchase and delivery of products.
  4. Products: all goods offered on LensenProducts.co.uk.
  5. Right of withdrawal: the customer's ability to cancel the purchase within the legal deadline.

Article 2 - Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of LensenProducts.nl.
  2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
  3. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only binding if agreed in writing.

Article 3 - Offers and agreements

  1. All offers and prices of LensenProducts.co.uk are without obligation and subject to typographical errors.
  2. An agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and LensenProducts.nl confirms it in writing or by e-mail.

Article 4 - Payment

  1. Payment must be made in full prior to shipment of products.
  2. LensenProducts.co.uk offers several payment methods, such as iDEAL, bank transfer and credit card.
  3. If a payment is not received within the stipulated period, LensenProducts.nl reserves the right to cancel the order.

Article 5 - Delivery and shipment

  1. LensenProducts.nl ships the products to the address provided by the customer.
  2. The delivery times given are indicative and may vary. Delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.
  3. LensenProducts.nl is not liable for loss, theft or damage during transport. This is the responsibility of the carrier.
  4. The customer shall report any transport damage to the carrier immediately and notify LensenProducts.nl within 48 hours.

Article 6 - Returns and right of withdrawal

  1. The customer has the right to revoke the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
  2. The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
  4. Customised or specially manufactured products on request cannot be returned.

Article 7 - Liability and Warranty

  1. LensenProducts.nl guarantees that the delivered products meet the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability.
  2. LensenProducts.nl is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products by the customer.
  3. LensenProducts.nl shall not be liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages, lost profits or damages due to business interruption.
  4. Any warranty claims should be reported within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect.

Article 8 - Force majeure

  1. LensenProducts.nl is not obliged to fulfil any obligation if it is prevented from doing so by force majeure.
  2. Force majeure means: all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen, on which LensenProducts.nl has no influence and as a result of which the obligations cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
  3. In case of force majeure, the customer cannot claim compensation.

Article 9 - Privacy and data protection

  1. LensenProducts.nl processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. The customer's personal data will only be used for order processing and will not be provided to third parties without the customer's consent.

Article 10 - Applicable law and disputes

  1. All agreements between LensenProducts.nl and the customer are governed by Dutch law.
  2. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
