The Johnny Joint rod ends feature high-density urethane bushings that completely encase the inner ball. This provides excellent cushioning that traditional heim joints cannot offer. This construction not only increases riding comfort, but also keeps the joint in top condition for longer.
The heat-treated centre balls are drilled for lubrication through the bolt, allowing easy maintenance. The internal parts are held firmly in place by two robust, heat-treated side rings and a locking ring. This particular Johnny Joint has a 2.5-inch diameter and is equipped with a grease nipple for optimal lubrication.
