The IOD Performance brake disc adapter is the key connecting component of the Big Brake Kit for the Nissan Patrol Y61. It enables the correct fitment of the Toyota Land Cruiser four-piston calliper and the DBA T3 5000 Series 330mm disc to the factory front axle hub of the Y61. Manufactured by IOD Performance using CNC technology from high-quality steel.
